Refund & Cancellation Policy
As Kundli Analysis is a personalized digital service, we begin processing the request soon after the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation only if the Kundli Analysis has not yet been assigned for processing.
Once work on the Kundli Analysis has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds
- If a payment is successfully received but the booking cannot be processed due to an issue from our side, the full amount will be refunded.
- No refund will be provided once the Kundli preparation or consultation process has begun.
- No refund will be issued due to incorrect birth details provided by the customer.
- Duplicate or excess payments, if any, will be refunded after verification.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
